A passerby risked his life to stretch out a helping hand and pull a mother and two children out of deep water at a waterlogged road of Zhengzhou, Central China’s Henan Province on Tuesday.
The Central China city was hit by 457.5 millimeters of rain in 24 hours to 5 pm Tuesday, the highest daily rainfall since weather records began.
